Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in event management, public relations and education. At Engage, Jennifer combines her skills to manage multiple national and international local user groups for global technology companies. Prior to Engage, Jennifer taught early childhood for ten years. She also served as Public Relations Specialist for the University of Georgia’s Savannah River Ecology Lab handling communications with the Department of Energy, creating educational materials and coordinating symposiums and community events. She then moved to school administration as the Admissions and Communications Director of an Independent School. In addition to her professional path, she has devoted her time to directing youth theater. She developed an acting camp and co-founded a non-profit program geared towards teaching social skills to children on the autism spectrum. She enjoys creating diy projects, volunteering in the community, exploring the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Jennifer holds a BS from the University of Alabama in Human Development-Family Studies, Human Environmental Sciences.
