About Us

Founded by George Abar and Alyssondra Campaigne, Engage provides integrated services in management, strategy, and public policy to nonprofits, associations, companies, and philanthropies.

We have partnered with associations and technology companies to launch customer organizations, grow engagement, and strengthen operations. On behalf of leading philanthropies and nonprofits, we have analyzed opportunities in federal and state policy, including juvenile justice, healthcare, economic development, opioid abuse, conservation, and financial literacy. We have managed complex and bipartisan policy initiatives at the state and federal levels.
