While working for Charleston Hope she focused on organizational restructuring, strategic planning, risk management, development of policies and procedures, and implementation of effective program and project management processes. In her spare time she now continues to offer pro bono consultations to non-profits and churches in need of assistance with strategic planning and process and system evaluation and improvement.
